Alicia Butler Pierre
Alicia Butler Pierre, founder of Equilibria, is our resident efficiency engineer and project coordinator. Her areas of expertise drive our client engagement process as well as the coordination of each project from conception to completion. Alicia has worked for chemical and petrochemical companies in the metro New Orleans area. Her work experience includes chemical process and design engineering, project management, marketing research, and professional organizing. Alicia has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with minors in Technical Sales and Chemistry from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. Alicia also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with concentrations in Marketing and Management from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.
Terrance Durousseau
Terrance Durousseau is our resident microeconomics consultant. His areas of expertise allow us to make recommendations specific to small businesses that specifically consider the economic impact of those recommendations. Terrance's work experience is primarily in the university system and includes economic forecasting, technical writing, newspaper political article submissions, and writing lab tutoring/assistance. Terrance has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
Christopher Pierre
Christopher Pierre is our architectural and space planning consultant. His areas of expertise allow us to make workspace recommendations that consider necessary aesthetic, ergonomic, and functionality requirements. Christopher has worked for construction and real estate development companies in the metro Washington, D.C. and metro New Orleans areas. His work experience includes architectural planning, drafting, and construction management. Christopher has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from Howard University in Washington, D.C.
Keith Reed
Keith Reed is one our efficiency engineering consultants. His areas of expertise allow us to create, document, and improve business processes through the use of spreadsheet and other software models. Keith has worked for organizations in both the private industry and university sectors. His work experience includes process model development, manufacturing process analysis, and research and development. Keith has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He is also currently pursuing a doctorate in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA.
Francine Smith
Francine Smith is our organizational behavior and cognitive psychology consultant. Her areas of expertise allow us to adapt with relative ease to the different requirements of our diverse client base. Francine has worked for several legal companies in the metro Chicago area. Her work experience includes client relationship management, data management, and legal writing on the topics of ethics and professionalism. Francine has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law & Society (Sociology) with a minor in Pre-Law from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. She also holds a Paralegal License from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL.
Sylvie Soudin
Sylvie Soudin is our logistics and business process improvement consultant. Her areas of expertise allow us to make recommendations for and develop solid systems that embrace organization, efficiency, and productivity. Sylvie has worked for several international and financial companies in the London, England and Paris, France areas. Her work experience includes business process logistics, sustainable development, and supply chain management. Sylvie has a degree in International Business from Paris XII Val-de-Marne University in Paris, France.

Chandra is our human resource relations consultant. Her areas of expertise allow us to make human resource recommendations that are in the best interest of our clients and their current and future employees. Chandra's work experience is primarily in the education sector and she has worked for companies in the Dallas, TX and Baton Rouge, LA metro areas. Specifically, her work experience includes education, project planning, administration, and human resource policy and procedure development. Chandra has a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Southern University & A&M College in Baton Rouge, LA. She also holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Southern University & A&M College in Baton Rouge, LA.
