At Equilibria, we use car analogies to explain
our services and our five-step
process for performing each service. We want to do the best
job possible in explaining what we do, how we do it, and the
value that our services bring to your growing company. You
can think of us as mechanics for your company's operations.

Each of our services
begins with a complementary efficiency diagnosticTM.
Often, you may take your car to a mechanic when you
know your car is not performing optimally, but not sure
why. Just as the car mechanic conducts a diagnostic
test to determine why your car is not performing as
it should, so we conduct an efficiency diagnosticTM
to determine why your company is not performing optimally.
First, contact us when
you recognize the symptoms of low company efficiency
and productivity. We will schedule a complementary initial
consultation with you that can take place over-the-phone
or at your office.

Second, we will sit down with
you, listen to your concerns regarding your company,
and choose the best services
based on your company's most immediate need, budget,
and time constraints.

investment
Third,
we tell you the capital your company will need to invest
in the chosen services from
step 2. Our proprietary pricing model allows us to provide
you with on-time investment figures.
You do not have to wait hours
or days to learn the investment required for increasing
your company's efficiency and productivity. Next, we
send a proposal to you that includes the service investment
and terms of agreement. This proposal is valid for 30
days.

Fourth, following your approval
of the proposal, we get right to work on organizing
the people, places, and/or things identified in step
2. We work using a combination of onsite and offsite
hours based on the service(s)
you choose and on your specific needs and requirements.
You will always know the status of your project because
we provide you with weekly progress reports.

Last,
we complete each service
by providing either a presentation or written report
to you and your staff. Each presentation and report
summarizes the work we did for your company, the results,
and recommendations for maintaining the organizing systems
we create for your company. You will understand with
clarity the return on your service investment. And to
be sure of this, we will check on your progress on a
continuous basis.
